Mines Help Center :: Support Request Help :: Intro

Academic Computing & Networking, Information Services, the Banner Project, and several other departments are working together to develop an integrated support function called the Mines Help Center. As many systems and services become more integrated and interdependent, it is sometimes unclear what office needs to respond to a question, and sometimes multiple offices need to be involved. We want you to get timely, accurate answers to your questions. To accomplish that, we need to document issues and answers thoroughly so we can develop a good knowledge base and make services easier to use. If we cannot directly answer your request, we will refer your request to the appropriate office (and you will be notified of that action).

  • Please submit your Comments, Suggestions or Support Questions below. Constructive criticism is welcomed.
